Karratha Primary School is an Independent Public School in the Pilbara that provides educational services for children aged 4 to 12. The school has an enrolment of 288 students from Kindy to Year 6. We value the diverse cultural backgrounds represented in our school from all regions of the world. Karratha Primary School opened in 1971 as the first school in Karratha; in 2021 we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

We are proud of our tradition of meeting the educational needs of our students through a strong focus on academic excellence, wellbeing, belonging and lifelong learning. We are committed to the core values of Care, Personal Best and Responsibility.
