Changes to your Details

If information has changed since completing an enrolment form, please send amended details to the school office. Difficulties often arise when telephone numbers have changed or medical problems have not been notified. Details which are of particular concern include:

  • Current contact numbers of parents/caregivers
  • Name, address and contact number of a person who can be reached in an emergency
  • Medical information that may be considered in an emergency
  • Administration of Medication forms must be renewed each year for students requiring medication to be administered by a staff member.

Education Support

Students with disability are entitled to apply to enrol in their local school, in which case the standard enrolment procedures outlined in Public School Procedures are applied.

Students with disability may alternatively apply to enrol in education support facilities which include education support centres, education support schools, or inclusive schools with specialist facilities. Karratha Primary School has an endorsed Education Support program: our school is based on an ‘Inclusive School’ model with some specialist facilities and classroom accommodation allocated to the program.

Students and Health Conditions

Please inform your child’s 2026 teacher and the school office if there is any information we should be aware of. Although you may have previously provided details, it is important that the current teacher is aware of this information. A Student Health Care Plan must be completed each year for students with a medical condition of any nature.

Room Allocations

Parents/Caregivers will be informed of their child’s room allocation by text message the week prior to Term 1 commencing. These may be subject to change.
